“They're not allowed to wear anything that would have a weapon on it,” said the district Interim Superintendent, Alan McCartney. “Our main purpose is education. Wearing pictures of weapons brings to mind those things in our society that are not pertinent to education.”

California school apologizes for making student take off NRA T-shirt (VIDEO)

A California superintendent issued an apology to a student who was forced to remove an NRA T-shirt because it violated the school's dress code. Upon further review, the T-shirt was not promote violence and the student may continue to wear it.
