Connecticut senators team up with Feinsten, urge Kroger to ban open carry

The senators claim that the store's current policy allows Kroger employees and customers to be terrified while shopping due to “gun extremists... flaunting assault rifles,” adding, “There is simply no reason why someone would need an AK-47 to purchase milk, bread, or other basic necessities at a grocery store.”

Illinois school officials dislike ‘no guns’ signs, prefer something ‘more subtle’ (VIDEO)

Recently passed Ill. legislation now requires schools, churches, government agencies and liquor stores to post “no guns allowed” stickers at their entryways. However, the image on the stickers have some school officials feeling uneasy and wishing for a "more subtle" logo.
