Illinois Governor Given 30 Day Extension to Sign Conceal Carry Legislation
by Jennifer CruzJust as Illinois lawmakers have finally agreed on concealed carry legislation, Attorney General Lisa Madigan filed a request for a 30-day extension before the bill is signed into law. While the extension has been granted, the courts say there will not be another one.
