Another Texan arrested, some say unlawfully, after openly carrying rifle (VIDEO)

The 27-year-old U.S. Army veteran was walking through the small town around lunch time with a rifle strapped across his back when the police department started to receive a flood of 911 calls, prompting a nearby middle school to go on lockdown.
