Mayor Bloomberg Seeks to Ban Sparklers, Keep Devices Out of the Hands of Terrorists (VIDEO)

Mayor Bloomberg plans to urge Gov. Cuomo to veto the legislation that would allow for the sale of sparklers outside of New York City, because the devices could easily be used by terrorists to build a bomb.
