North Carolina sheriff’s dept. wants to swap two Tommy guns for 88 Bushmasters

The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in North Carolina wants to trade a pair of M1928 Thompson submachine guns that they have had since 1936 for 88 Bushmaster AR-15 rifles. Fair trade?

Dillinger Day March 2nd 2013!

The Dillinger Museum in Hammond Indiana is hosting Dillinger Days on March 2nd. If you're anywhere near there, stop by. The museum is offering free admission and the chance to look at some of the nation's most infamous guns (and one fake gun that fooled a lot of folks).
