The Wausau Police Department in Wisconsin voided several citations Monday that were issued to high school students last week after a friendly game known locally as “Nerf Wars” went terribly wrong for the teens.

Charges for pulling gun on trespasser dropped against Pennsylvania open carry advocate

George Irizarry was facing charges for terroristic threatening, unlawful restraint and recklessly endangering another person for holding a trespasser at gunpoint as he waited for police to arrive. But the charges have now been dropped and a judge has ordered the police to return his guns to him.

Charges against PA man for shooting at intruder dropped under Castle Doctrine Law

A Pennsylvania man who had simple assault and reckless endangerment charges filed against him as a result of shooting at an intruder who was trying to kick in his door, has now had those charges dropped. But the battle is far from over for the man.
