Charges for pulling gun on trespasser dropped against Pennsylvania open carry advocate

George Irizarry was facing charges for terroristic threatening, unlawful restraint and recklessly endangering another person for holding a trespasser at gunpoint as he waited for police to arrive. But the charges have now been dropped and a judge has ordered the police to return his guns to him.
