Suspect armed with chair leg attempts to rob off-duty cop then bites him before getting shot (VIDEO)

The suspect attempted to break into a car, assaulted and robbed a man, then went for a cup of coffee before running into an off-duty police officer, who he also tried to rob. But after a brief struggle over the officer's gun, the man was shot.
