Update: Texas deputy fired for shooting victim’s dog now faces animal cruelty charges (VIDEO)

Deputy Jarrod Dooley was fired last month after shooting a dog during a burglary call. Two short weeks later he has been indicted on a felony animal cruelty charge, and if convicted, faces two years in prison.
