Armed Citizen Project Kicks Off Free Gun Giveaway, Training in Houston

The Armed Citizen Project has taken to a Houston neighborhood to train and arm residents in an effort to reduce the spike in crime in the area. The program provides training and shotguns to single women and residents in high-crime areas.
