On this week’s show, Leysath shows why keeping pork trim, bacon trim and other ‘fatty’ pieces are beneficial to a good burger. “When I’m making burgers, I run pork shoulder, pork trim and bacon trim through my Weston grinder and mix it with my wild game meat to add another dimension of flavor,” said Scott Leysath.

Also, Food Network Star finalist Susie Jimenez makes her signature Meatball Soup with elk meat, Stacy Harris shows what barbeque sauce in Alabama really looks like and Cee Dub gives secrets to a perfect Dutch Oven big cookie – even if cooking outside on a rainy day.
