A father of two was arrested in front of his children earlier this month outside of a Houston gas station, but while the officer claims the man pointed a gun at him two different times, the surveillance video appears to show a different story.
Julian Carmona was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, which is a felony, but his attorney, Jed Silverman, said the officer’s account and what is seen on the video are “night and day.”
