Truglo tossed two new tactical riflescopes into the market, officially launching the Eminus and Omnia tactical scopes last week.

The riflescope series join Truglo’s current lineup of optics to include red dot sights and hunting scopes.

The Eminus Tactical Precision Riflescope series is perfect for tactical and target shooting as well as hunting with modern sporting rifles. The affordability of sporting rifles has propelled the popularity of long range shooting activities. The Eminus seeks to give shooters a long range scope that won’t break the bank.

Designed as a perfect pairing to rifle builds tuned for accuracy and practicality, the Eminus series offers two distinct models — the Eminus9, 3-9x42mm, and the Eminus16, 4-16x44mm. The Eminus9 utilizes a fixed focus system while the Eminus 16 opts for a side focus/parallax dial adjustable from 20 yards to infinity. Quarter-MOA locking target turrets correspond to the illuminated TaxPlex reticle for better shot tracking, measurement and holdover. All accessories come standard in the series, including the APTUS-M1 30mm one-piece mount, flip-up lens caps and quick zoom level to change magnification.

The Omnia series opens up both long range and short range shooting options with its high end features at a price that shooters can appreciate. Designed for the entire effective range of the AR-15 platform, the riflescope series offers two different models — the Omnia4, 1-4x24mm, and the Omnia6, 1-6x24mm. At 1x, both models provide a wide field of view as well as illuminated center for fast close-range shooting. Boasting a quick-zoom lever, the Omnia can quickly transition to maximum magnification for long distance target hits.

The All Purpose Tactical Reticle is calibrated for the popular XM193, .223 55 grain, cartridge with bullet drop compensation marks. The reticle is also designed for a 50/200 zero, touting less time in the optic making adjustments and more time on the range plinking. Thick, shortened crosshairs guide shooters to the center of the reticle, while an extremely fine BDC “ladder” offers precision at long ranges without target obscuration.

Built on a 30mm tube, the Omnia boasts increased brightness and a larger range of click adjustments. Offered with the APTUS-M1 30mm one-piece mount, the scope is designed to work alongside modern sporting rifles.

Both the Eminus and Omnia series are currently on their way to distributors and will soon be available through shooting sports retailers. The Eminus9 retails for $280 while the Eminus16 is priced at $369. The Omnia4 touts a $280 price tag with the Omnia6 retailing for $369.
