In a recent interview with The Washington Post, Ted Nugent hinted at the possibility of running for president in 2016. “Yeah, I’m thinking about it,” he said, and he’s even come up with a potential campaign slogan: “Hi, I’m Ted Nugent. I have nine children from seven women, and I’m running for president.”

Of course, he doesn’t necessarily expect that he would even win, as he thinks that the country is too far gone for the kind of change he’s looking for.

“Things are just so wrong in the country now,” he said. “And I know that my answers would make things wonderful, unless you just refuse to produce, and then I’d recommend that you move to Canada. Or Illinois.”

Texas Gov. Rick Perry thinks Nugent already has it made. “I think Ted has the best of both worlds right now. He makes a lot of money expressing his views, and he still plays great music,” he said.

While Democratic consultant Paul Begala stated that it would be great – for the Democratic Party. “It would be a very good thing for the Democrats. How many people would look at a 60-year-old man with long hair and a loincloth screaming the C-word about Hillary Clinton and say, ‘I wanna be like him.’”
