Nonaka Finishes High Lady and Second Place in “B” Class Using G35.
SMYRNA, Ga. –-(Ammoland.com)- Team GLOCK maintained its impressive 2012 season as Tori Nonaka earned High Lady honors and took the second place title in the “B” class of at the 2012 USPSA South Carolina Section Championship held March 30-31 in Gaston, S.C.
USPSA stands at the forefront of today’s dynamic shooting practices. Its top shooters are often asked to train elite law enforcement and military units.
Nonaka earned her honors using a G35 and a CR-Speed rig.
“Even though the rain didn’t hold off for the better part of Saturday, I still had a good match,” stated Nonaka.
“The fundamentals training I focused on to prepare for the match increased my overall speed. Stage 7, Squirrel, was my favorite. It involved 30 rounds and changing shooting positions constantly, allowing the shooters who adapted the fastest to stand out.”
Tori Nonaka will compete next at the USPSA Area 6 match in Frostproof, Fla. on April 20-22.
