Shot fired during Ohio city meeting after man attacks security guard (VIDEO)

The incident escalated when Michael Skidmore grabbed Richland County Clerk Stacy Crall, apparently in an attempt to get a shot of her name badge, but when the security guards entered the room, things went from bad to worse.
