Report shows ATF had more than their fair share of guns lost and stolen

Although the reports didn’t indicate that the number of lost and stolen firearms also included those reported missing – which are considered by the ATF to be a category separate from lost or stolen – the reports did reveal that agency protocols surrounding firearms not followed.
