Report confirms police fired fatal shots at woman used as human shield during bank robbery shootout (VIDEO)

The 41-year-old mother of two was shot a total of 10 times, most likely when the final exchange of gunfire erupted and 33 officers fired at the suspects, who had already shot more than 100 rounds with another 200 rounds remaining.
