U.S. soldiers quarantined in Italy to be monitored for Ebola (VIDEO)

Officials are calling it “controlled monitoring” rather than a quarantine. Nonetheless, the soldiers returning from Liberia are getting their own special housing, complete with controlled access, despite the fact it goes against current policy.
