Las Vegas road rage shooting suspect in custody after standoff, more details emerge (VIDEO)

After a two-hour standoff, the suspect was taken into custody, but authorities said there's a second suspect still on the loose. Additionally, the family of the victim revealed that they are acquainted with the suspect, a detail which was not previously known.
