Tactacam launched a new head mount designed for hunters looking to capture the excitement and thrill of hunting with a Tactacam POV camera.

The mount allows hunters to capture high quality first person point-of-view video without having to weight down weapons. The company says the head mount is also useful for shooters with weapon mounted video systems who want to capture secondary video angles on the hunt. The head mount fits all current models cameras including the 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0 Tacatacams.

The Tactacam system boasts wi-fi compatibility allowing shooters to upload videos to the Tactacam app via iPhone or Android. The POV camera is weatherproof and built to withstand tough hunting conditions to capture all the big hunting moments.

“Tactacam is unlike any other POV camera on the market today. It is designed by hunters for hunters with one goal in mind: a high quality camera that allows for the ability to easy share the excitement and enjoyment of any hunt,” the company said in a press release. “From the launch of our very first Tactacam we have continued to listen to the feedback of our customers which led us to the design and recent launch of our 3.0 and 4.0 products, and our new high quality functional accessories.”

Currently the head mount system ships in two accessory package options — bow mount option and gun mount option. The bow mount package retails for $156.99 while the gun mount slips in slightly cheaper at $136.99. The accessory package price is in addition to the Tactacam models which start at $199.99 for the 2.0 and climb to $299 for the 4.0 model.
