A man is in the hospital recovering from a gunshot wound after he was shot early Wednesday morning while breaking into a Sacramento strip club.
A security alarm was activated at Club Fantasy just before 5 a.m. and when an employee went to the club to check things out, he found an intruder inside. Details of what transpired inside aren’t exactly known at this point, but it is known that the employee opened fire on the intruder.
Officers responded to the scene and the suspect was transported to the hospital. Although last listed in critical condition, the suspect is expected to survive.
