Some people live hard-luck lives in hard-luck towns. Froggy Fresh and his boy Money Maker Mike take the stick back to James for some payback in “Stolen Bikes 2.” Except you know Froggy Fresh, things just aren’t gonna go his way.

His rap and production skills are improving. By the time “Stolen Bikes 3” comes out things’ll look and sound great. I mean, he’s not gonna be an Aesop Rock but that’s just an unfair expectation.
