John Russo had entrusted his ex-girlfriend to keep his bulldog, Bones, while he was deployed in Afghanistan, but when Russo returned to his Flagler, Florida, home last spring, his dog, who he had since he was just 6-years-old, was nowhere to be found.
Russo finally decided it was time to find another dog, but while searching, he spotted Bones on the Flagler Humane Society’s website. The two were reunited last week and thrilled to be back together.
