Savage Arms to offer glimpses at guns during Savage Trigger Tour

Savage Arms invites shooters to experience the company’s firearms first hand during the Savage Trigger tour.

The series of free, public events will be hosted at ranges across the nation, allowing gun owners and shooting enthusiasts a chance to test-fire Savage guns.

The tour runs from June to October with stops at ranges and retailers starting in Louisiana and Arkansas with other planned locations including Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, South Dakota, Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

The Savage Trigger Tour will showcase several models of Savage firearms — all outfitted with Bushnell optics and paired with Federal Premium and CCI ammunition. Shooters will also gain the opportunity to try their hand at Savage’s model 10 BA Stealth, chambered in .308 Win or 6.5 Creedmoor. Additionally, the company’s new MSR 15 Recon, chambered in 223 Wylde, will on hand at several locations.

“We’re proud to be teaming up with some of our great dealers to host these events,” said Savage Arms Senior Marketing Manager Beth Shimanski in a press release. “In addition to letting you try Savage’s best firearms, the events also offer great opportunities to meet like-minded hunters and shooters in your area. Plus, Savage Arms representatives will be on hand to answer firearms questions and help customers get the most out of their shooting experiences.”

Specific dates and locations can be found on Savage Arms’ Events page online. The company said more dates and locations may be added in the future.
