SAF head talks about big victory in Chicago (VIDEO)

Alan Gottlieb, founder of the Second Amendment Foundation, announced that his organization scored a giant court victory this week.

“In a suit known Ezelle Two against the city of Chicago,’ Gottlieb said. “SAF succeeded in knocking out the defacto ban on gun ranges.”

In a 3-0 ruling, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit reversed a lower court ruling and ordered that court to issue a preliminary injunction against the City of Chicago on behalf of the Second Amendment Foundation that prevents the city from banning gun ranges inside city limits.

The decision makes it possible for people under the age of 18, to go to a gun range and shoot firearms.

“The really cool thing about it is, the decision was written by the judge Diane Sykes, who’s on Donald Trump’s shortlist for United States Supreme Court.” Gottlieb said.
