OREGON CITY, Ore. –-(Ammoland.com)- Benchmade Knife Company is proud to announce Ross Vonhoff as the new Senior Vice President of Operations. He will be responsible for all manufacturing operations at the Oregon City plant.
Mr. Vonhoff brings more than 20 years experience in operations and manufacturing with a strong commitment to operational excellence through continual improvement. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President of Operations at Lacrosse Footwear Inc. Prior to joining LaCrosse in 2008, Mr. Vonhoff served as Director of Operations at Coherent from 2004 to 2008.
Mr. Vonhoff held various management positions at FEI Company from 1994 to 2003 including Director of Manufacturing.
Mr. Vonhoff graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Engineering from the University of Illinois and holds a Master’s in Business Administration degree from the University of Portland.
