Read the gun control suit of Kansas 2A law dismissed by a federal judge

A federal judge last week tossed out a lawsuit from a gun control group challenging Kansas over what has been called the strictest Second Amendment protection law in the nation. The suit, filed last year in U.S. District Court by the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence, aimed to take Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback (R) and the state to task over the Sunflower State’s Second Amendment Protection Act.
