Savannah, GA -(AmmoLand.com)- PolyCase Ammunition today announced that Inceptor ARX Ammunition is now available in .38 Special.
The first dedicated revolver caliber released in the Inceptor line, the .38 Special ARX joins the currently available 380 Auto, 9mm Luger, 40 S&W and 45 Auto calibers.
PolyCase Ammunition is currently exhibiting at SHOT Show 2016, and is exhibiting the Inceptor .38 Special ARX for the first time at the show. The Inceptor .38 Special ARX features a 77-grain projectile and a muzzle velocity of 1116 feet per second.

The new .38 Special version of Inceptor ARX Ammunition features the ARX projectile, developed by PolyCase Ammunition. The unique profile of the ARX bullet transfers energy to its target through a fluid dynamic effect. By design, the non-expanding ARX bullet exploits the bullet’s forward velocity to create a localized Venturi effect, whereby fluid matter is accelerated and ejected laterally via the flutes in the bullet ogive. The result is a bullet with stopping power and terminal performance that rivals many expanding handgun bullets.
