Plano, IL -(AmmoLand.com)- Plano Synergy’s impressive line of Plano Tactical-branded products were introduced at the 2015 Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show to the enthusiastic reviews of attending media, law enforcement, first responders and military personnel.

Two unique Tenzing tactical packs and a line of five MIL-STD-810G-compliant Plano Field Locker Mil-Spec small arms cases headlined these initial offerings.

The demand for Plano Tactical’s expanding line of law-enforcement and military-grade products has continued to grow over the past year.

“Plano Tactical products are engineered and constructed to the exacting standards of the military and law enforcement communities, and are available to these professional-grade customers through a growing number of tactical dealers and distributors,” says Plano Government and Law Enforcement Sales Manager, Eric Flesvig, who is excited to announce a new partnership with Peachtree City, Georgia based 144th Marketing Group to help drive sales in the Southeast.

“There’s a special team in place at 144th Marketing Group,” Flesvig continues. “Their background, experience and trusted reputation in the law enforcement and military communities is far-reaching, and provides unique opportunities for our rapidly-growing brand.”

A veteran of both Gulf Wars, 144th Marketing Group President and Owner Bret Gross is equally enthused about the partnership, having gained an appreciation for the Plano Tactical brand after taking notice of the products’ attention to detail and initial marketing quality.

“Plano Tactical actually caught my attention with its very well done art,” recalls Gross. “Not everyone understands how to market to law enforcement and military. The art made me want to see the product, which is what good advertising should do. Once I saw the product, the attention to detail, and improvements to existing products, I wanted to know more.”

144th Marketing Group services 168 distributors throughout the Southeast, but spends a majority of its time directly in front of the agencies they serve by providing hands-on training and other special product demonstration events.

“We excel at getting great products in front of the tactical agencies and teams that will be using them,” says Gross, who has 18 years of sales and marketing experience, 11 of which have been in the discriminating law enforcement and military fields. “Then we get them in touch with the distributors who carry our lines.”

144th Marketing Group has grown relatively quickly over its 8-year history, partly because of its team’s tactical experience.

“Our personnel have military, law enforcement and competitive shooting backgrounds,” Gross says. “They have a good working understanding of what our customers want because they share their interests and lifestyles.”

But the firm doesn’t coast on its credentials.

“Ultimately, we have a strong desire to achieve the goals of growth that all of our manufacturers want,” states Gross. “We understand the nature of the competitive market we are in and what we need to do to be successful.”
