Oklahoma: Constitutional Carry Legislation Goes to the Governor’s Desk

Fairfax, VA – -(Ammoland.com)- This week, the Oklahoma Senate concurred on constitutional carry legislation, Senate Bill 1212.  This important self-defense legislation will now head to the desk of Governor Mary Fallin where it will await her signature.

Please contact Governor Fallin and strongly urge her to sign Senate Bill 1212 into law.

Senate Bill 1212, as amended, would recognize the rights of law-abiding Oklahoma residents to carry a firearm for self-defense without having to first obtain a government mandated license to do so.  For more information about Senate Bill 1212, click here.
