Michael Moore weighed in on the LAX shooting that left one TSA agent dead and several others wounded.
A reporter for TMZ caught up with Moore while he was inside the LAX airport. He asked the liberal documentarian to give his thoughts on the tragedy of the shooting that occurred Friday.
Quite soberly, he answered, “There’s a reason why this doesn’t happen in Canada, in Ireland, in France. They have the occasional craziness, but it’s not on a weekly or monthly basis.”
Moore noted the rifle and ammo the gunman used was legally purchased but didn’t harp on gun control. Instead asked, “Why us? Because they’re not better than us. Why us? What it is about us? That’s the question to ask.”
