A medical office in Maliha, Syria, in the area called East Ghouta, received a patient who was shot in the ear during a sniper attack.
This civilian man wins the “close call” award, hands down. In the video from Military.com, it’s clear by the wound that this guy was literally an inch away from death, or at the very least, a life-altering injury.
Thankfully, he escaped with his life and a minor flesh wound. Had the circumstances been any different, he likely would not have been sent to the doctor, but to the morgue.
