To celebrate the Second Amendment and Independence Day, Chicken Express in West Monroe, Louisiana, is handing out free meals to patrons with concealed handgun permits.
According to the advertisement, “To show support of your 2nd Amendment rights, Chicken Express of West Monroe invites concealed handgun permit holders to come in and enjoy a free #1 Combo (dine-in only) anytime on Saturday, July 4, 2015. Simply show your concealed handgun permit to our lobby cashier.”
The Bossier City franchise did a similar deal last April, and owner, Randal Neel, said it was their busiest Saturday ever.
