The San Antonio Police Department SWAT members teamed up with the San Antonio Fire Department to bring some Halloween cheer to the kids at North Central Baptist Hospital Monday.

Some were dressed in superhero gear, while others assisted with behind-the-scenes tasks, like helping the superheroes rappel down the side of the hospital.

The event, known as the “Superhero Drop,” was done in dedication to Julian Andrade, the 5-ear-old son of SAPD Officer Jose Andrade, who was a former patient at the pediatric hospital who lost his battle with cancer last year, and used to bring joy to the kids currently in the hospital.
