IWI US TAVOR SAR Flattop Rifle
The battle-proven, award-winning IWI US TAVOR SAR Flattop model features a full-length MIL-STD Picatinny top rail with a MIL-STD short rail mounted at a 45° angle opposite the charging handle enabling you to configure the bullpup with optics and accessories.
Available in 5.56 NATO with 16 ½ “ barrel and overall length of 26 1/8” or an 18” barrel with an OAL of 27 5/8”, or the new (2015) 9mm Luger Parabellum dedicated TAVOR chambered with a 17” barrel and OAL of 26 1/8”.
TAVOR barrels are detachable/interchangeable made from cold hammer forged CrMoV steel, chrome lined with a 1:7 twist rate. The integral ambidextrous front and rear quick detachable sling swivel receptacles include push button ball bearing swivels.
The TAVOR uses standard AR-15/M16/STANAG magazines and features a last round hold open catch on an empty magazine. Available in Black, Flat Dark Earth and OD Green. Restricted state models available for CA, MD, MA, NJ. Not available for sale in DC, CT, IL (Cook County only) and NY.
