Titusville, FL –-(Ammoland.com)- “News reports coming out of Iraq these days show the United States needs its armed citizenry,” gun rights expert John M. Snyder stated here this week

“Those who seek to weaken the armed citizenry through anti-gun legislation and executive regulation really cut into what may become America’s first line of defense against future homeland terrorist activity,” he added

“Ongoing efforts by President Barack Obama, former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg, and others to undermine the individual American Second Amendment civil right to keep and bear arms must be confronted and defeated,” he continued

“Current events dramatize the necessity of an armed citizenry,” Snyder reiterated

He noted that, “Militant, America-hating Muslim terrorists are on the march. They soon may perpetrate murderous violence right here within the borders of our own country.”

He said, “This is clear from remarks made earlier this week by Congressman Mike Rogers, Chairman of the Select Intelligence Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives

“Chairman Rogers said if the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) is not stopped its militants will bring the terrorist battle to the United States and Europe. He said on Fox News Sunday, ‘this is as dangerous as it gets.'”

As Newsmax reported, Rep. Rogers noted the ISIS militants are “seasoned combat veterans.” They will hit in Washington, D.C. or New York City if given the chance

Snyder said that, “Given this troubling situation, we Americans must be prepared

‘We must deep-six calls for unreasonable gun control. We must dump gun control proponents.”
