Seeley Lake, MT -(Ammoland.com)- A hunter education course is planned for Seeley Lake in August. Interested students can register online now at FWP.

Classes are Thursday, Aug. 14 and Friday, Aug. 15 from 6-10 p.m. each evening at the Seeley Lake Elementary School. A field course is planned for Saturday, Aug. 16.

Students must register online and then arrange to pick up course materials by calling instructor, Jeff Hipkins, at 406-754-3499.

Classes are free, and a student must be at least 11 years old to be certified. Any person born after January 1, 1985 must complete hunter education in order to purchase a hunting license in Montana.
