‘Hip Shot Red Dot’ helps gamers ‘no-scope’ their way to victory (VIDEO)

The Hip Shot Red Dot Sight is an LED that attaches directly to the television and is meant to give gamers an edge over their competitors.

The Hip Shot attaches to the middle of the screen and aid the gamer in making lightning-quick no-scope shots.

The Hip Shot is a workaround for “no-scopers.” It allows players of first person shooting games to fire their weapon without having to aim first, shaving off precious milliseconds that can mean the difference between life and death, so to speak, according to the video posted to YouTube.

The LED is affixed to a suction cup, which is placed in the center of the screen. The product retails for $29.99 at airdropgaming.com and is compatible with XBOX 360, PS3, Wii U, PC and all next gen consoles.

If that’s too much, try doing what we old-school gamers used to do and tape a piece of red paper to the center of the screen instead.
