Gamer raided by police after opponent ‘swats’ him (VIDEO)

Gamer Jordan Gilbert was playing “Counter-Strike” when one of his opponents called the police on him. Officers swarmed into his bedroom but after realizing the threat was nothing more than a “swatting” prank, they left. The entire incident was caught on Gilbert’s live stream, Kotaku reports.

“Swatting,” or making false reports to trick police into responding to their intended victim’s house, is a growing trend. Guns.com previously reported on another swatting prank where a full SWAT team responded to a gamer’s residence after the losing opponent claimed the victor was on a shooting spree.
