Galco Gunleather, of Phoenix, announced Tuesday the availability of a range of holsters and accessories for the newly released M&P Shield in .45 ACP.

The company wasted no time after the rollout of the new pistol at the recent NRA Annual Meeting, to roll out their new line. A recent press release from Galco disclosed that they were working on the updated holsters prior to the release of the new Shield.

A plethora of Galco choices greet new owners of the Shield 45. There are two inside-waistband styles, the Stow-N-Go, priced at $34.95 and available in black or natural, and the Tuck-N-Go, at $36.95 in the same colors, but currently on back order.

For those who prefer outside-waistband carry, there’s the Stinger, in black and fitting belts up to 1.5 inches in width, for $62.95. The Side Snap Scabbard, in black with a sweat guard, is $139.95, and backordered as of this writing.

Those who want something in between might consider the Pocket Protector holster in black suede for $29.95.

Galco’s Underwraps belly band comes in black and khaki, and gives the user lots of compartments for magazines and valuables. It’s $61.95.

Several off-body choices are available, but pricey. Galco’s three holster handbags range in price from $186.95 to $339.95.

Four briefcase or purse-adapting models are available. The CarrySafe Gen 2, priced at $49.95 in black, slides gun and mag securely into a larger container of the user’s choice.

The clever IDefense carries both gun and tablet computer. It has a lanyard and adjustable angles for screen viewing. The black or brown case is $174.95, and currently backordered.

Galco’s two traditional day planner style holsters, the Hidden Agenda and Defense Planner, are priced at $169.95 and $96.95, respectively. The Hidden Agenda is on backorder status.
