Taofledermaus went loud against a rusty cookie sheet with shotgun hulls loaded with a variety of neodymium magnets.
The first type of shells used was made from hard drive magnets crushed into a sort of a neodymium sludge while the second type is “Bucky Ball” magnets stuffed 28 per shell for comparison.
The respective magnetic fields captured in slow-motion seems kinda interesting in a science kinda way. Also, since the neodymium is really soft, they disintegrate on impact against even a mild steel target, which means they probably wouldn’t work too well against a shiny metal robot other than to scour the surface.
