Laser sight company Crimson Trace unveiled new models in its popular Laserguard Pro series designed to work alongside the newly announced Gen 5 Glock 17 and 19 models.

Available in four configurations, the new Laserguard Pro models serve up red and green laser options that fit the Gen 5 series as well as Glock’s Gen 3 and 4 variations.

The laser sights offer both a red or green laser and a 150 lumen LED white light all in one compact unit. The device is equipped with the company’s Instinctive Activation technology which activates the unit through a front activation button when the pistol is raised in a normal firing grip. The laser/light unit boasts four modes of operation — laser and light, laser only, light only and laser and light strobe.

The laser is easily user-installed and configurable, with the device touting adjustments for both windage and elevation. Powered by a single CR2 Lithium battery, the Laserguard Pro offers two hours of battery life.

The new Laserguard Pro series for Gen 5 Glocks is estimated to drop Oct. 1 with prices set at $279 for red laser options and $379 for green.
