Court documents in Florida suppressor challenge dismissal

On Wednesday, a Florida Division of Administrative Hearings judge dismissed a challenge mounted by three individuals to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s Nov. 21 rule change to allow the hunting of deer, gray squirrels, rabbits, wild turkeys, quail, and crows with silenced or suppressed rifles and pistols.
