Colion Noir on how to stop mass shootings (VIDEO)

In 2013, National Rifle Association commentator Colion Noir weighed in on stopping mass shooters from becoming relevant and his words seem hauntingly valid today.

Noir made the remarks just a month after the mass killings at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Connecticut that took the lives of 26 children and faculty.

However, in the wake of another national tragedy in Charleston, South Carolina when a racially motivated gunman took the lives of nine parishioners and clergy at the Emanuel AME church, the same words seem to ring true and the same argument addressed.

“Why wouldn’t an insecure, unstable young man who believes he is invisible and has nothing to live for but wants to leave his mark on the world before he goes so that he can validate his life and make the world stand up and take notice of him not commit a mass shooting?” asks Noir.
