Advertisements have started popping up online for homemade explosives in the Kansas City area and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives warns that they’re cracking down on those types of illegal explosives.
According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, homemade fireworks were involved in all 8 firework-related deaths in 2013.
