Ms. Ficaretta worked at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives for more than 28 years, the last two as Deputy Assistant Director of Enforcement Programs and Services. Prior to that position she served as Deputy Chief Counsel from 2007 – 2010, and as Associate Chief Counsel (Firearms, Explosives & Arson) from 2003 – 2007. She joins Reeves & Dola as Of Counsel, and is admitted to practice in Maryland.
