Alternate angle, video shows irate Lynwood suspect with gun in hand (VIDEO)

Cell phone video showing 28-year-old Nicholas Robertson being fatally shot by two deputies as he apparently walks away outside of a Lynwood gas station in L.A. County Saturday afternoon made its way around the internet earlier this week, but additional video from different angles clearly show Robertson had a gun in his hand when he was shot.

The additional video shows not only was Robertson indeed armed with a .45-caliber handgun, but moments before that he was terrorizing area residents by waving the gun around. 911 recordings also indicate he may have fired several rounds from the gun in a residential area.

The deputies who killed Robertson have been criticized for their actions, but a woman who was parked at the gas station with her children when the shooting occurred, told the police she feared Robertson was going to shoot her when she saw the gun and the way he was acting.
