‘1979 Revolution’: A video game based on the Iranian revolution (VIDEO)

“1979 Revolution: Black Friday” is a video game that focuses on the real life events of the Iranian revolution.

The brainchild of Navid Khonsari, the gaming veteran that played a significant part in bringing several of the “Grand Theft Auto” titles to life and founder of iNK Stories, “1979” is a similarly styled game based on actual events, according to the “1979” Kickstarter page.

The game touts console quality value for mobile devices, and is natively designed for touch screen. The player can utilize stealth tactics, play mini games, and make critical decisions that affect the outcome of the story.

But Khonsari and his team have only three days left and are still less than halfway to their $395,000 goal. More information on “1979” can be found at their Kickstarter page.
