World of Beretta

ACCOKEEK, MD (November 17, 2008) -(AmmoLand.com)- It’s a well traveled episode this week on The World of Beretta, as host Chris Dorsey begins the show in search of Roebuck just outside the magical city of Prague in the Czech Republic. The Czech Republic is fast becoming one of the best countries in Europe for hunting – having earned the distinction due to the outstanding quality of games, excellent game management and the development of hunting culture. Join Chris as he hunts this small traditional deer. The Roe Deer has rather short, erect three-pronged antlers forked at the tips, and a reddish body with a grey face. Its hide is golden red in summer, darkening to brown or even grey in winter, with lighter undersides and a white rump patch. Only the males have antlers, which are shed during winter, but which re-grow in time for the mating season. Tune in to see how Chris fares on this hunt.

From the traditional hunting grounds of Europe, The World of Beretta will travel to Los Angeles County, California for some incredible driven bird hunting. Join host Gerald McRaney as he shows his talents against the California Pheasant, Chukar and California Quail. It is a true wing shooting extravaganza that you won’t want to miss.
